HR Performance Magazine, Germany, Writes About Cognizant’s Future of Talent Study

“A new study by Cognizant, a provider of business and technology services, and the Economist Intelligence Unit shows how companies can prepare their staff for the future,” writes HR Performance magazine. “As part of the study, 400 executives in Europe and North America were questioned on how they view the future of their employees in the digital age. The findings are shared in the report ‘People―not just Machines―Will Power Digital Innovation’.”

It adds, “94% of executives surveyed claim to have a gap in capabilities that could prevent them from being relevant in the digital age. According to the study, more digital ‘gigs’ or projects will become part of the labor market as subcontracting and outsourcing of digital functions and processes grow to 49% by 2019.”
