October 6, 2023 - Cognizant has been recognized as a leader in the Digital Workplace Services 2023 RadarViewTM report conducted by leading management consulting firm Avasant.
Avasant singled out Cognizant’s practice maturity, partner ecosystem and investments & innovation as key drivers in establishing its leadership position. In addition, the analyst firm highlighted that Cognizant offers comprehensive workplace services through its WorkNext™ portfolio of solutions and that the company is focused on sustainable workplace transformation.
Cognizant’s WorkNext™ solutions encompass the WorkNext™ Cloud Workspace: a cloud-centric digital workspace solution; the WorkNext™ M365 Solution: a managed services solution for Microsoft tools and apps; the WorkNext™ AI-powered Service Desk: an intelligent service desk solution and finally the WorkNext™ DigiHub: a digital user interaction platform.
