Cognizant Recognized as a Leader in the Everest Group Healthcare Data, Analytics, and AI Services PEAK Matrix® Assessment 2025

July 16, 2025 -- Everest Group has named Cognizant a Leader in the Healthcare Data, Analytics, and AI (DAAI) Services PEAK Matrix® Assessment 2025. The assessment evaluated 32 global service providers ranking 7 in the leader pack.

According to Everest, Leaders in this study act as long-term transformation partners to healthcare enterprises and help clients unlock new value and stay ahead of industry disruption. Leaders are also defined by their strong healthcare domain depth, technical excellence, and thought leadership. Leaders’ expansive, healthcare-specific DAAI solution portfolios span the full data-to-insight life cycle and are continuously strengthened through targeted acquisitions and IP development.

“In healthcare, unlocking the full value of data is critical to improving patient outcomes and enhancing operational efficiency. However, challenges such as data fragmentation, silos, and inconsistent standards often impede progress. As a result, healthcare organizations are increasingly prioritizing data unification, governance, and privacy to establish secure and consolidated systems,” said Priya Sahni, Vice President at Everest Group. “Cognizant has been recognized as a Leader in Everest Group’s Healthcare Data, Analytics, and AI (DAAI) Services PEAK Matrix® Assessment 2025, driven by its comprehensive portfolio of DAAI solutions for both payers and providers, complemented by strong consulting capabilities.”

In the assessment, Everest Group highlights Cognizant’s comprehensive suite of healthcare-focused data and analytics solutions, which deliver value across various client engagements. Cognizant’s strategic acquisitions of Mobica to enhance its Internet of Things capabilities and Thirdera to bolster its professional services capabilities in key ServiceNow workflows and emerging products are also praised. The company’s robust partner ecosystem, comprising hyperscalers, enterprise platforms, BI firms, big data firms, and academic institutions, is cited as a significant strength contributing to its recognition. “Cognizant continues to strengthen its ecosystem by expanding existing partnerships and forging new alliances with niche AI players, while also investing in CoEs to further solidify its position in data-driven healthcare transformation.” said Priya Sahni, Vice President at Everest Group
