Cognizant announced it has won 42 Brandon Hall Group Human Capital Management (HCM) Awards, including 25 gold, 8 silver and 9 bronze medals. The awards showcase various learning and leadership programs Cognizant has designed for associates to grow their skills and careers. Brandon Hall Group is an independent HCM research and analyst firm that facilitates the largest and longest running awards program in Human Capital Management.

Cognizant was recognized for its outstanding work in its learning and development programs across multiple categories, including Best Unique or Innovative Learning and Development Program, Best Use of Learning Technology, Best Learning Program Supporting a Change Transformation Business Strategy  and Best Advance in Leadership Development. The awards recognize both programs designed for associates, as well as solutions Cognizant delivered to its clients. Entries were evaluated by a panel of veteran, independent senior industry experts, along with Brandon Hall Group analysts and executives.

Cognizant’s learning ecosystem has recently expanded to include 8,000 additional learning resources and 550 new learning paths for professional development. In 2021, the company trained more than 150,000 associates in digital skills totaling 23 million learning hours.
