In partnership with Snowflake, the Cognizant team built a next-generation data platform on the cloud for a leading financial services client. The data platform is used for implementing multiple analytical and machine-learning use cases, providing real-time intelligence for fraud detection, improving marketing efficacy, better user experience, reducing loan dispute processing time and improving field-agent selling effectiveness. This digital transformation program resulted in better customer experience, innovative products for faster customer acquisition and higher product penetration.
