Cognizant Recognized as a Software AG 2016 Partner of the Year

For the third straight year, Cognizant was recognized as a Partner of the Year by Software AG, a leader in innovative and digital technology, offering the first end-to-end Digital Business Platform based on open standards. Cognizant won Software AG’s PowerUp Customer Excellence award for multiple outstanding customer-focused applications, in industries as diverse as insurance, utilities and retail. The full “digital experience”, multi-channel customer engagement solutions developed by Cognizant utilized Software AG’s Digital Business Platform.

Cognizant was recognized by Eric Duffaut, Software AG Chief Customer Officer. “There has been an incredible shift in power to the customer over the last five years,” Duffaut said. “From communicating and interacting through multiple channels, customizing products and services to the individual level and even involving customers in product design…I am extremely proud to see how Cognizant has helped our joint customers in many industries not just meet these challenges but excel in 21st century customer services by delivering game changing Digital solutions.”
