Odecee, a Cognizant Company, Named Among the Top 25 Best Places to Work in Australia for 2016

Odecee, a Cognizant company, has been named one of the top 25 ‘Best Places to Work in Australia’ for 2016. Odecee, acquired by Cognizant in November 2014, is the only IT consultancy to feature among the top 25.

2016 is the ninth year that the Great Place to Work (GPTW) Institute, a research and consulting organization that has undertaken worldwide study of ‘great places to work’ for more than 30 years, has been curating the study of Australia’s best workplaces. The ranking was based on a survey of 51,937 employees at 135 companies.

“Odecee has been participating in the study for five years,” said Liz Cameron, Head of People and Culture at Odecee. “The reason we participate is to hear the collective voice of our team around what engages them and what we can improve upon as an employer. The results are a key input to our business planning and employment value proposition.”
