Cognizant named one of America’s Greatest Workplaces and Greatest Workplaces in Tech

TEANECK, N.J., June 4, 2025 -- Cognizant (NASDAQ:CTSH) today announced it has been named one of America’s Greatest Workplaces 2025 and one of America’s Greatest Workplaces in Tech 2025 by Newsweek and Plant-A Insights Group.

America’s Greatest Workplaces 2025 is based on a comprehensive assessment involving employee interviews, company reviews, publicly accessible date and an analysis of over 120 key performance indicators, including leadership, integirty, compensation, and work life balance. This is the third consecutive year Cognizant has made the list.

America’s Greatest Workplaces in Tech 2025 recognizes the greatest workplaces in the U.S. based on performance in categories like corporate culture and working conditions. The study incorporates more than 400,000 employee interviews in the U.S. and more than 4.9 million comprehensive company reviews, making America’s Greatest Workplaces in Tech 2025 one of America’s largest independent employee studies.
