Cognizant expands operations in the Middle East with new office in Qatar

Enhanced presence in the region will better support local clients and industry.

Cognizant has expanded its presence in the Middle East with an additional office in Qatar, to better serve its regional client base by responding to continued demand to support them in their digital transformation journeys. Cognizant will be leveraging the office’s time zone to enhance support of its Middle Eastern clients, in particular in the public sector and industries such as oil and gas, banking and finance, insurance, travel and hospitality as well as media and communications.

Cognizant already employs a number of associates solely focused on client operations in Qatar and aims to hire further employees during the course of 2022 located in its Qatar office to boost its digital, machine learning, cloud, robotics, AI, quality assurance and Salesforce capabilities moving forward.
