In a live interview with CNBC Fast Money Half-Time Report, Cognizant CFO and COO Gordon Coburn comments on what's behind the outsourcing boom and why Cognizant shares are up 60% over the past year.  Guiding to revenue growth of "at least 26%" over 2011, Coburn also commented on the company's planned investments in India.
