In an interview with Barron's reporter Tiernan Ray, Cognizant CEO Francisco D’Souza described long-term tech trends that should benefit the company’s growth. For example, the rise of the Millennial generation, those who came of age in DotCom times, have a natural focus on social networking, mobility and virtualization in the workplace. This bodes well for companies looking to outsource parts of a business that can be practiced away from a company’s own offices. D’Souza sees this as an important long-term factor for his company’s growth, Barron's reported.
