“Typically, March and April are big bellwethers in terms of how the year will play out. That’s when we see acceleration in demand. We didn’t see that kind of strong growth,” says Karen McLoughlin. “Barring any unforeseen disaster or any unusual economic occurrences, you can expect this growth to continue. Certainly, the guidance for the quarter and year was less than what we expected a few months ago. It is still significantly better than that of the industry…We continue to want to gain market share and improve the scale of operations in our organization.”
