“Consistent with what we have seen in the past, we will look out for niche or tuck-under acquisitions where the valuation makes sense,” says Karen McLoughlin. “One benefit of scale is the ability to make larger acquisitions. Our definition of tuck-under has changed over the last few years. While previous targets comprised companies logging revenues of $20-30 million, the focus will now shift to technology firms that make revenue in the range of $80-100 million.”
