The CEO Magazine, Australia: Group CEO of Healthbridge IVF Says the Company’s Partnership with Cognizant is Very Productive

“Cognizant has a fantastic reputation for the work it’s done across many industries, using information technology to drive customer experience improvements and enable operational efficiencies through intelligent use of data,” says James Thiedeman, Group CEO of Healthbridge IVF, outlining how Cognizant, Healthbridge IVF’s key technology partner, has helped the supply chain at Monash IVF and Healthbridge (the parent company of Monash IVF).

“Healthbridge has engaged Cognizant to assist us in enhancing our clinical information systems and our patient-facing interfaces,” he says. “We’re essentially taking the IP that has been developed and built in our Repromed business, broadening and future proofing it so it can be overlaid across all of Healthbridge.”

Thiedeman adds, “Cognizant is assisting us in introducing a range of other capabilities, including things such as smartphone interfaces for our patients to be able to access information on their particular treatment details 24/7. Thus far, it’s been a very productive partnership, and we’re looking forward to continuing to work with Cognizant, drawing upon their wisdom in the information technology space and coupling that with our innovation and clinical excellence.”
