Consumer Goods Technology: Cognizant Honored with 2013 CGT Readers’ Choice Award; Declared Customer Experience Leader in Consulting

Consumer Goods Technology (CGT) magazine, an authority on information technology for the consumer packaged goods industry, honored Cognizant with the Readers’ Choice Award for the seventh consecutive year.

In the 2013 Readers’ Choice Survey, Cognizant was declared Customer Experience Leader in Consulting for receiving the highest average user satisfaction rating in that category among third-party providers of strategic and tactical consulting services to the consumer goods industry. “Cognizant Business Consulting continues to help its clients succeed. For example, it recently developed an enterprise digital marketing strategy, architected a transformational supply chain strategy, transformed global transportation capabilities and rationalized the IT portfolio in more than 100 countries,” the magazine wrote.

Cognizant ranked in the top four in the Outsourcing category and in the top five in the Consulting category.
