Consumer Goods Technology (CGT) magazine, an authority on information technology for the consumer packaged goods industry, honored Cognizant with Readers’ Choice Awards for the tenth consecutive year.
In the 2016 Readers’ Choice Survey, Cognizant was recognized as a Top Provider and Customer Satisfaction Leader in Consulting and Outsourcing.
The Top Providers list for each category showcased the companies that received the best overall scores for the solutions and/or services that they offer to consumer goods organizations.
The Customer Experience Leader recognition identified Cognizant as the one company in the Consulting and Outsourcing categories that received the highest average user satisfaction rating among third-party providers of consulting and outsourcing services to the consumer goods industry.
For the 16th year, CGT’s readers recorded their votes for the consumer goods industry’s preferred technology solution and service providers across 15 different categories covering the vast landscape of investment opportunities available for consumer goods organizations.
