Achievement represents largest number of certifications in one year since Cognizant became an SAP Outsourcing Operations Partner in 2011

Certifications are a key metric against which a partner is measured, and in July 2023, Cognizant achieved seven SAP certifications in the areas of:

• SAP Business Suite
• SAP SuccessFactors Solutions Operations, and, for the first time,
• SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP) Operations

SAP’s Certification for Outsourcing Partners program helps clients identify the best SAP managed service providers to meet their requirements in terms of quality, scope and geography. The certification process involves a formal application, and a rigorous set of audits – including of delivery processes, infrastructure and people, as well as an analysis of client satisfaction – every two years to maintain certified status.
