Cognizant’s TriZetto® Connected Health Solutions is a SaaS-based healthcare platform and has completed its Service Control (SOC) 2 Type II certification. SOC 2® is an auditing standard developed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and indicates that an organization maintains a high level of information security around sensitive information and data.

Achieving SOC 2® Type II certification validates that Cognizant’s TriZetto SaaS platform has strong security, privacy, confidentiality, and processing controls to safeguard customer data. SOC 2® aligns with industry best practices, such as the Trust Services Criteria (TSC) developed by the AICPA, which is a mandatory regulation in the healthcare industry.
