Cognizant has been named a Leader in “The Forrester Wave™: Robotic Process Automation Services, Q2 2022” report. The Forrester report states that Cognizant’s strong digital heritage enables a holistic automation vision that includes people, process, technology, and industry domain.

In its report, Forrester evaluated 15 vendors across 17 criteria grouped into three categories: current offering, strategy, and market presence. The report noted Cognizant’s innovation roadmap which features strong commitments to Cognizant Neuro,™  support for cloud, and deeper integration between process automation and data automation.
