Cognizant Named Among LinkedIn Top Companies in North America, Europe, and Asia

In LinkedIn’s annual ranking of top companies to work for, Cognizant was recognized in six countries around the globe. Cognizant was again recognized as a leading company in India (ranking 3rd), and the United States. For the first time, Cognizant was identified as a top company in Canada (debuting in the top 10), Philippines , Switzerland  and the United Kingdom.

These prestigious rankings validate Cognizant’s commitment to its people and come on the heels of even greater investments the company has been making in its employee experience. Cognizant recently shared it spent an additional $1B on its people in 2021, including investing more in compensation than at any point in its history, awarding more promotions, enhancing leave and benefits packages, shifting to a hybrid work model, and continuing to provide award-winning learning and development opportunities.

The LinkedIn Top Companies list analyzes the actions of millions of LinkedIn members to rank the top workplaces for professionals to grow their careers. There are seven pillars, each revealing an important element of career progression within a company, and all pillars are based on LinkedIn data: the ability to advance, skills growth, company stability, external opportunity, company affinity, gender diversity, and educational background.
