Cognizant has earned the Global Elite distinction and Specialized partner status from Pegasystems in their new Pega Partners program. This honor is reserved for Pega partners who demonstrate capabilities in Pega technologies, engagement strategies or vertical markets. Cognizant earned this honor, in part, due to its Pega certifications globally, which demonstrate a high understanding of Pega’s software.   

Key achievements contributing to Cognizant’s recognition include:

• Delivery Excellence: met the target on sales bookings for 2021 and implemented several end-to-end enterprise programs on Pega software
• Launched micro-Centers of Excellence focused on Intelligent Automation, Customer Engagement and Cloud computing

A dedicated digital innovation center was created by Cognizant in Mesa, Arizona to drive innovation and thought leadership for clients of all sizes. The center serves as the headquarters of the Pega Center of Excellence for the Americas.
