TEANECK, NJ – <Jan 4, 2023> Cognizant (NASDAQ: CTSH) has completed its acquisition of Utegration LLC, a full-service consulting and solutions provider specializing in SAP® technology and SAP-certified products for the energy and utilities sectors, effective December 19, 2022.

As a strategic partner with SAP for more than a decade, Utegration complements Cognizant’s existing SAP and utility industry capabilities with solutions across Customer Experience, Billing and Advanced Metering Infrastructure; Managed Services; Data Science and Analytics; and Finance and Asset Performance Management. Based in Houston, Texas, the acquisition adds approximately 350 new employees across North America and India, supporting Cognizant’s Enterprise Platform Services.
