PharmaVOICE recently released its highly anticipated list of 100 most inspiring people in the Life Sciences Industry. For the second consecutive year, Cognizant’s Bhaskar Sambasivan, Senior Vice President and Global Market Leader, Life Sciences, was named to the list as a Change Agent after a rigorous selection process.
This year’s PharmaVOICE 100 list illustrates how innovative thinkers are driving industry transformation in 2018 and beyond. Bhaskar’s commitment to initiatives such as digital health, value-based care, and industry collaborative platforms are among the reasons he was selected for the award. With innovation always at the forefront, Bhaskar’s team received project funding through Cognizant Accelerator, an internal, Shark Tank-type program, and will release two new digital R&D platforms this year. He also has a group within his business unit that is focused on filling big gaps or unmet needs across the life sciences and healthcare value chain.
