The assessment evaluated 24 leading IPA solution providers based on their vision and capabilities as well as market impact, including value delivered to clients.

According to Everest, Leaders in this study maintain their emphasis on enhancing technological capabilities while also making investments in agentic AI to enable AI-powered systems to function autonomously, adapt dynamically, and collaborate across workflows.
