Devbridge CEO Viktoras Gurgždys is capping off a busy year with a prestigious award that recognizes his accomplishments in the executive office.

Verslo Žinios – the only business newspaper in Lithuania – recently named Gurgždys as its 2022 CEO of the Year. The annual award is given in recognition of the Lithuanian leader who creates the most value for employees, shareholders, and society during the prior year.

Acquired in late 2021 by Cognizant, Devbridge operates within Cognizant Softvision, the organization’s integrated digital engineering practice. In 2022, Devbridge merged its software product engineering and service capabilities with Cognizant and opened new offices in Warsaw, Poland and Vilnius, Lithuania, significantly expanding its footprint and reach. Devbridge also announced several major client acquisitions in 2022 and was named Lithuania’s most desirable employer.
