Cognizant has been awarded the 2022 Client Innovation Award by Pegasystems (Pega) for its strong innovation and delivery capabilities in solving issues for clients. This award spotlights Cognizant’s use of Pega’s intelligent automation solution to automate business processes, which have improved operational efficiency for clients.
The Pega Partner Innovation Awards, held at this year’s PegaWorld iNspire, celebrate leading Pega Partners who have successfully delivered exceptional client outcomes using Pega’s low-code platform for AI-powered decisioning and workflow automation. The 2022 awards mark the 18th consecutive year in which Cognizant has been named a Pega Partner award winner.
The Client Innovation Award highlights several of Cognizant’s strategic implementations in 2021, including the implementation of a services automation solution that increased process efficiency across functions and systems for a leading global technology company; another highlight includes the creation of a workflow automation engine to help build and maintain a global network for a global technology client. These implementations helped Cognizant’s clients gain better visibility across their value chain, reduced cycle times and improved operational efficiency.
