Cognizant Recognized as a Leader by IDC for Intelligent Automation Services

Cognizant has once again been recognized as a Leader in IDC’s Marketscape’s 2022 Worldwide Intelligent Automation Services report, maintaining this ranking since the assessment was first conducted in 2019.  Cognizant’s Intelligent Automation practice provides deep process automation knowledge and delivers integrated offerings that interconnect technology, process, data, and people, improving experiences, efficiency, and productivity.

IDC evaluated 18 leading intelligent automation service providers across 52 scored criteria and client feedback focused on capabilities and strategies. Cognizant was highlighted for its ability to provide high-quality technical skills, develop solutions for client’s ecosystems and next-gen tools, offer flexible pricing models, and provide onsite customer service. Additionally noted was the breadth of technology alliances and advisory services that include growth, business process, technology and change management services, stakeholder alignment and outcome management services, as well as workshops and training (e.g., IT, eLearning, etc),  

Cognizant was also acknowledged for its proprietary offering, Cognizant Neuro®. Cognizant Neuro  is an intelligent automation fabric that delivers outcomes such as process transformation, productivity increases and cost efficiencies through experience design services and industry-specific solutions, and by connecting clients’ segmented processes and technologies.
