Devbridge has been named The Most Desirable Employer in Lithuania for 2022 by Verslo žinios, the leading Lithuanian business weekly newspaper. Acquired in late 2021 by Cognizant, Devbridge operates within Cognizant Softvision, the organization’s integrated digital engineering practice.

Devbridge’s head in Lithuania, Viktoras Gurgždys, credited a strong team, international projects, and a high level of social responsibility and transparency for earning the company its new title. In addition, emphasis on product quality, driven by an expert base, has enabled Devbridge to grow from a small team to have offices in Chicago, London, Toronto, Warsaw, Vilnius, Kaunas, and Klaipeda.

Cognizant Softvision CEO Andres Angelani says the award represents recognition for the strength of the Devbridge brand in Lithuania.

Methodology
The Most Desirable Employer 2022 award analyzed all Lithuanian companies that had an average of at least 20 employees in 2021, were profitable, and submitted their 2020 financial statements to the Centre of Registers.

Companies were ranked according to metrics from three groups of indicators:

1.Workplace stability
2. Wages paid
3. Choice of potential employees

Upon Verslo žinios’ completion of this study, Devbridge achieved the absolute highest rating and were declared the Most Desirable Employer in Lithuania for 2022.
