TEANECK, NJ, Feb 1, 2022—Mustache, LLC, formerly part of Cognizant, has been acquired by DJE Holdings, Inc.

Mustache had been part of Cognizant since January 2019, when the integrated content agency was acquired by Cognizant to serve as a boutique agency, supporting Cognizant’s vision at the time to build a global network of agency service providers to address client needs for more engaging, immersive content. Cognizant has since shifted away from the agency services model and refocused its investments at expanding core technology and data offerings.
