Cognizant has received top honors in the 2021 US Transparency awards for corporate disclosure documents. Recognized as “Best Overall in Corporate Disclosure,” Cognizant was ranked highest of the S&P 250 publicly traded companies rated in the annual competition sponsored by Labrador, an independent agency specializing in corporate disclosure documents and compliance communications.

The awards were determined based on 148 criteria, examining the quality and completeness of annual proxy statements, annual reports on Form 10-K, investor relations websites, codes of conduct, and plain language award for proxy statements.
