For the third consecutive year, Cognizant Softvision CEO Andres Angelani was recognized in the HITEC 100 Awards.

The HITEC 100 list is a compilation of the top Hispanic professionals in the technology industry from across the United States and celebrates their leadership and achievements in all sectors of the industry. Awardees are evaluated on their accomplishments in the ever-changing global landscape of technology and for their mentoring and professional development activities.

Andres was recognized by HITEC for several accomplishments over the past year:

• His second book, Transforming While Performing: How To Create A Culture of Innovation With Partners, was a winner of the 2020 International Book Awards in the General Business category. Andres also created an extra chapter to the book, specifically covering how to transform your organization in the midst of COVID-19.
• In addition to his role as CEO of Cognizant Softvision, Andres was recently appointed Chief Product Engineering Officer for all of Cognizant. In this role, Andres is responsible for rolling the Softvision operating model across Cognizant, building a franchised network of digital studios around the world, organically and by acquisition.
• Andres has continued to advance and promote women within Cognizant, specifically recognizing International Women's Day and International Women in Engineering Day. Led by Andres, the organization recognizes the achievements of women in tech engineering, while also calling on more resources and support to hire, train and retain women engineers, including inspiring and promoting them into leadership positions.
