For the second time, Cognizant has been named to the Forbes list of Best Employers for Diversity based on survey responses from its employees.
Forbes and research firm Statista selected the Best Employers for diversity based on a survey responses from more than 50,000 employees of US companies with at least 1,000 people. Respondents were asked to anonymously rate their organizations on general diversity and specific topics such as age, gender, sexual orientation equality, ethnicity, disability.
