For the fourth consecutive year, Cognizant Brazil is certified as a Great Place to Work® (GPTW) in IT, 1000+ employees, ranking 13th.

Driven by employee feedback, GPTW evaluates survey responses to determine if a company meets the criteria as a GPTW. Criteria includes a Trust Index research-backed employee survey, as well as details on programs and practices that make a company unique. If a company meets the criteria, it receives the  GPTW certification. More than 80% of Cognizant Brazil associates completed this year’s survey, accomplishing  the all-time high score of 88 out of 100. Cognizant Brazil was also ranked as the number one IT company for women and number three IT company for the LGBTQI+ community in 2020.
