For the second consecutive year, Cognizant Softvision CEO Andres Angelani was recognized in HITEC 100 Awards.

HITEC is a premier global executive leadership organization of senior-level business and technology executives who have built outstanding careers in technology. The 2021 HITEC 100 Awards honor the 100 most influential Hispanic executives in the technology industry.

Andres was recognized by HITEC given several accomplishments over the past year, including:

• Publishing his second book, Transforming While Performing: How To Create A Culture of Innovation With Partners. The book aggregates his many years of experience building innovation cultures with clients and was a 2020 winner in the Business: General category of the International Book Awards.
• His continued commitment to advancing and promoting women and diversity at Cognizant Softvision. Andres has helped promote and celebrate International Women's Day and International Women in Engineering Day at the company, specifically highlighting women in engineering roles, while calling on the industry to do more to recruit and train women for more engineering positions.
• Launching the company’s Argentina Studio, which has quickly grown to more than 200 people. The new Buenos Aires presence serves as ground zero for Cognizant Softvision’s LatAm operations and strategy.
