Cognizant Softvision Brings Home Three Gold Stevie Awards for 2020

Cognizant Softvision has received three 2020 Gold Stevie Awards, including two for ‘Women in Business’ and one for ‘Business or Professional Services.’

The Stevie awards are an international competition produced by the creators of the International Business Awards and American Business Awards that recognizes outstanding achievements and positive contributions in workplaces worldwide. There are eight Stevie Award programs, each with its own focus and list of categories. The Stevie Awards for Women in Business spotlight women executives, employees, entrepreneurs, and organizations run by women

In the category of Women in Business, Ines Casares, Cognizant Softvision’s VP of Global Delivery Strategy, won a Gold Stevie award for Female Executive of the Year in Mexico, Central America, and South America. Cognizant Softvision’s Marketing and Communications Team was recognized for Internal Communications for their entry entitled ‘Cognizant Softvision Doubles Down on Culture and Communications In The Age of Covid.’

In addition to the Women in Business awards, earlier this year Andres Angelani, Cognizant Softvision’s CEO, won a Gold Stevie Award for Executive of the Year in the Business or Professional Services category.

“Despite the unprecedented impact the COVID-19 pandemic has had on organizations and working people worldwide, the number and quality of nominations we received in this year’s International Business Awards attests to the continued outstanding performance of many organizations,” said Maggie Gallagher, Stevie Awards President. “The commitment we’ve seen through these nominations to maintaining the success, health, and safety of employees, customers, and communities is truly impressive.”
