Cognizant’s RapidPro offering has earned Veeva Vault Migration Certification for Vault QualityDocs, expanding their partner status with Veeva, a global provider of cloud-based software solutions for the life sciences industry. Cognizant achieved Veeva Vault Migration Certification through the combination of its content migration expertise and technical validation of Cognizant’s in-house migration tool, Cognizant RapidPro, along with adherence to Veeva’s recommended best practices and integration approach.

Cognizant is a long-standing Veeva Services Partner with comprehensive digital transformation services for Veeva Development Cloud and Veeva Commercial Cloud. Veeva Vault certification acknowledges Cognizant’s cloud migration expertise in the quality space within life sciences. Cognizant offers consulting and migration services to help Veeva customers modernize and simplify business processes, strengthen regulatory compliance, and improve data quality.

One example of this collaboration is a global biopharmaceutical company that was struggling with fragmented quality processes, leading to content inconsistencies across standard operating procedures, documents, and policies in disparate systems, which led to operational and compliance risks. Using Cognizant’s RapidPro, the Cognizant team helped the client identify the critical GxP-quality documents. From there, they developed and executed data transformation and enrichment mappings to migrate more than 1.7 TB of data to Veeva Vault QualityDocs, meeting stringent data integrity and compliance standards and improving the client’s operational efficiency by 30%.
