Cognizant has been named to the Forbes list of America’s Best Employers for New Grads 2020.

Forbes and research firm Statista selected America’s Best Employers for New Grads based on a survey of more than 20,000 young professionals across the U.S. Participants were asked to rate their own employer based on the likelihood that they would recommend it to others. They were also asked to recommend other employers within their industry. The survey included questions on relevant topics such as Atmosphere & Development, Image, Working Conditions, Salary & Wage, and Workplace & Diversity.
