TEANECK, N.J., June 1, 2020 -- Cognizant (Nasdaq: CTSH)  has completed the previously announced acquisition of the French operations of EI-Technologies, a Paris-based digital technology consulting firm and leading independent Salesforce specialist in France.

EI-Technologies’ more than 300 employees in France now join Cognizant, complementing Cognizant's global Salesforce practice and expanding client resources in Europe.
