For the second consecutive year, Alfresco, an open-source, content management platform and solutions provider, recognized Cognizant with the 2020 Alfresco Global Systems Integrator Partner of the Year award. Cognizant won the award for delivering several new digital business transformational projects, including the Alfresco Content Services SaaS solution, which several pharmaceutical companies have deployed to manage clinical trials.

Cognizant provides full digital transformational services across the entire Alfresco platform, including content, process, and governance services, along with digital asset management. From consulting on smarter architecture, to transformation and delivery, Cognizant and Alfresco collaborate to help clients modernize their content platforms for tailored experiences.

One example of such collaboration is a global asset management firm that was struggling to manage its investment portfolio, which had various investment documents disbursed across disparate legacy systems. Cognizant analyzed the existing landscape and modernized the platform using Alfresco’s cloud-based solution to implement a single repository for managing all investment documents. This implementation resulted in a 30% productivity increase among investment analysts.
