Two associates in Cognizant’s Banking and Financial Services Practice, Neha and Eric Hartter, have been named to Consulting Magazine’s 2020 Rising Stars of the Profession – Consulting’s 35 Under 35. Those included on the list highlight the “best young talent the profession has to offer.”

Chosen for excellence in financial services, Senior Consultant Neha works with one of the top banks in North America, leading the bank’s core modernization and cloud migration initiatives. Once complete, the bank will be more nimble and able to adapt to the changing needs of its clients. Asked about her work, Neha highlighted her appreciation for the dynamic nature of the consulting field. “In consulting, you can be very sure that no two days are the same. The sheer nimbleness it demands along with the need to keep oneself abreast with industry leading trends always fascinated me and motivated me to pursue a career in consulting.”

Senior Manager, Eric Hartter, attributes his success to plain and simple hard work. He has led projects related to digital strategy, CCPA privacy, robotics, mortgage process re-engineering projects, and has also created a strategy to stand-up a mortgage practice from scratch for an online bank. Also noting the ever-changing world of consulting, Hartter said, “Every day is different and you get to wear many hats. The most prestigious companies in the world call in consultants when their backs are against the wall, meaning consultants work on the most challenging and complex issues.”
