Ben Pring, Co-Founder and Director, Center for the Future of Work, has been named to the Thinkers50 Radar List, a “selection of management thinkers to watch.”
The first ranking of management thinkers, the Thinkers50 Radar List is published annually and highlights 30 thought leaders globally whose work will shape the future of how organizations are managed and led.
A previous recipient of Gartner’s Thought Leader Award and a member of the advisory board of the Labor and Work Life program at Harvard Law School, Pring was recognized for his “rare ability to see around corners before the rest of us recognise there’s a curve in the road.” He is also the co-author of the best-selling and award-winning books, What To Do When Machines Do Everything (2017), and Code Halos: How the Digital Lives of People, Things and Organizations are Changing the Rules of Business (2014).
“Don’t be a bad robot – be a smart human,” says Pring. “If we try to compete with technology on its terms, we will lose. It’s better to play our human strengths.”
