Cognizant Human Resources Talent Manager Holly Camlin has been recognized as a Fairygodboss Gender Equality Superhero. An organization focused on promoting gender equality in the workplace, Fairygodboss identified 19 leaders who have made a positive impact by leading the push for gender parity at their workplaces in 2019. Recipients have actively made changes in the workplace to help advance gender equality within their organizations.

Camlin was recognized for her work with Women Empowered (WE), Cognizant’s Business Resource Group for its female associates as well as her work on International Women’s Day 2019. With more than 20 regional WE groups in the U.S., Camlin provides guidance and shares best practices to ensure groups throughout the country are offering thoughtful, educational programs, providing resources and fostering an inclusive environment for all females associates throughout the organization. She also works with employee volunteers to launch new regional groups. Camlin was instrumental in Cognizant’s participation in International Women’s Day; recruiting executive interviewees driving other activities throughout the week including a webinar that featured Sharon Weinstein, author of B is for Balance.
