Dr. Khairunnisa Mohamedali, Head of Insights, Europe, at Idea Couture, a Cognizant Company  has won a Women of the Future Award. Founded by author and motivational speaker, Pinky Lilani, CBE DL, the awards were created to recognize exceptional female talent in the UK across various disciplines.

Mohamedali was one of two women who were recognized in the field of Technology and Digital. She was selected for her focus on bringing the human element to tech. Further, the panel of judges commended her ability to inspire women to “further their studies, become mentors, and achieve their potential in the tech and digital space and beyond.”

“I am humbled and delighted to have been selected for the Women of the Future Award,” said Mohamedali. “I’m grateful to be in a position where I can be a role model for other women in tech. Further, the award speaks positively to what we're trying to achieve as an organization—pushing for human-centered design in the digital/tech space.”
