“Work will change more in the next decade than it has in the previous century,” says Ben Pring, VP and Managing Director, Cognizant Center for the Future of Work (CFoW). “And despite fears of a jobless future, there will be lots for humans to do – it just won’t be the work we’re doing today.”
Last year, Cognizant’s CFoW proposed 21 jobs that will emerge in the next 10 years and be central to the future of work. This year, it presents 21 more. Both reports espouse the argument that even as work is changing with the emergence of AI, humans have never been more integral to the future of work.
On November 8, Steve Levine, Future Editor, Axios, moderated a deep-dive discussion into the 21 More Jobs of the Future whitepaper as well as the recently released Jobs of the Future Index. He was joined by Ben Pring and AVP Rob Brown, as well as Kate O’Neill, Founder and Principal, KO Insights.
