Cognizant Takes Part in Talent Forward Conference

As a part of its focus on education and its partnerships with local chambers of commerce, Cognizant recently participated in the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s Talent Forward 2018 Conference in Washington, D.C.

Directly in line with Cognizant’s commitment to reskilling, the conference gathered business, education, human resources, and other community leaders to discuss strategies to close the skills gap in today’s workforce.

Cognizant’s Allen Shaheen, Executive Vice President, North American Regional Delivery Centers, was at the conference to discuss the importance of investing in and upskilling one’s potential workforce. Eric Westphal, Senior Director, Global Corporate Affairs, was also in attendance to highlight current projects in work to better prepare and train workers for the ever-changing marketplace, including Cognizant’s work with educational organizations across the country.
