Cognizant’s delivery centre in Vilnius, Lithuania, has been recognized as the business process outsourcing (BPO) firm of the year in Central and Eastern Europe by CEE Business Media, publisher of CEE Shared Services and Outsourcing Directory.

Recognizing achievements in Shared Services and BPO firms, the award is based on the examination of a variety of factors including the number of new employees hired, measurable digital transformation through robotic process automation, growth in client numbers, and productivity improvements delivered to clients.

Cognizant was selected as the overall winner from seven shortlisted companies by an independent panel of key industry players and media outlets.
