Cognizant has once again been named to Forbes’ list of America’s Best Employers.

Working with analytics firm Statista, Forbes surveyed 30,000 employees working for companies with at least 1,000 employees to evaluate their employers. Each company’s score was determined using a combination of employee feedback and a public perception score. Participants were asked to rate how likely they were to recommend their company to others on a scale of zero to 10. They were then asked to nominate other companies similar to their own.

Cognizant appears on the large companies list, defined as those with more than 5,000 employees.
