Brandon Hall Awards: Cognizant Wins Five Awards for Excellence in Learning and Development

Cognizant won five awards at the prestigious Brandon Hall Group Excellence Awards for 2014 for its learning and development programs.

Cognizant won a gold medal in the “Best Results of a Learning Program” category for its Cognizant Infrastructure Management Practitioner (CIMP) program. The company was awarded two silver medals in the “Best Learning Program Supporting a Change Transformation” and “Best Results of a Learning Program” categories for its eMerge program (aimed at frontline managers) and Emerging Partners Program respectively. The company bagged two bronze medals in the “Best Use of Blended Learning” and “Best Use of Social/Collaborative Learning” categories for its Reinforce program (meant for practicing project managers) and New Business Delivery program respectively.

Pioneered in 1994, the Brandon Hall Group Excellence Awards program is the most prestigious awards program in the industry, often called the “Academy Awards” by learning, talent, and business executives.
