Reuters: Cognizant Named a Top 100 Global Tech Leader

Reuters has included Cognizant in its inaugural Top 100 Global Tech Leaders list. Identified as one of the leaders “poised to thrive at the intersection of regulation and commerce,” Cognizant was named along with other recognized global brands such as Amazon, Apple, Samsung, and SONY.

According to Reuters, “we're watching the gradual evolution from the Knowledge Economy to the Age of Artificial Intelligence and Virtuality. With it comes a fundamental shift in what it means to be a leader in this rapidly changing marketplace. That's why we developed a first-of-its-kind ranking methodology for the technology sector.”

The list includes a select group of companies that have demonstrated a commitment to leadership across eight pillars of performance: Financial, Management and Investor Confidence, Risk and Resilience, Legal Compliance, Innovation, People and Social Sustainability, Environmental Impact, and Reputation.
